The tourist can stay in Mexico for up to 180 days and can request an extension of stay with the immigration authorities.

How long does it take from the airport to The Bamboo Manor?

The transfer from the Cancun airport takes between 30 and 35 minutes to reach the villa.

Do we have to rent a car from the airport or can we use the shuttle?

On our website, we have discounts for Avis Rent a Car and transportation in luxury vans with driver from the airport to the villas and from the villas to the airport (on our website you will find all the information).

Can we find a chef for our entire stay, could we have some kind of all inclusive?

Yes, contact us, we have several options to offer you.

Do you have chef service for 12 people, breakfast and dinner?

We have a team of excellent chefs, cocteleros (cocktail girls) and waiters (on our website you will find all the information). We can organize it for you, whether it is very sophisticated or the type of food from day to day according to your needs.

My family wants to organize a party for my birthday (for 24 guests), do you have the means to help us?

No problem, we have a catering service, flowers, photographers, assembly and even babysitters, at your entire disposal.

Do you have maid service?

Yes, and it is included in your rates. You will love Rafaela! She works 6 days a week, Sunday off.

Do you accept pets?

We accept them because it's a pet paradise, but please make sure they are well behaved (a couple of months ago a Great Dane ate a big part of a sofa bed).

Are there convenience stores between the airport and The Bamboo Manor?

Yes, close to the villa, there is the small town/port of Puerto Morelos, where there are many small shops and a larger Chedraui Select supermarket. We can also do the shopping for you to fill your fridge

Can we find the same products as in Europe or the United States?

Yes, they can be found in supermarkets such as Sam's Club, Costco or City Club, either in Playa del Carmen or Cancun and many of them in Chedraui Select in Puerto Morelos.

Is the pool private?

The Bamboo Manor has both options, one shared and one totally private on the back terrace.

How far is the nearest beach?

It has access to Playa Paraíso, a two-minute walk from The Bamboo Manor.

Could you recommend interesting tours in the Riviera Maya?

Yes, we are recommending “adrenaline excursions”, they have Zip lines, Cenotes, Mayan food and ecological tours. They give you a special discount for being a guest at The Bamboo Manor and they pick you up at the door if you wish (you will find all the information on our website).

We are planning an outing without the children, do you have babysitters available?

Yes we do, if you wish, contact us and we will be happy to organize it for you. We work with the highly professional company “Nanny Heart” (you can see more information here).

Any water park nearby?

Jungala Aqua Experience (amazing water park) and is half a mile from their villas.

We are very flexible and if the demand allows it, depending on the reservation calendar, we can reach an agreement.
